Horrible customer service from Olebogeng M from webafrica

I was talking to a consultant regarding a debit order that went off my account when credit is owed to my account I asked why money was taken from my account and he kept repeating the same thing and count answer why money was taken he ended the chat in the middle of the conversation his name is Olebogeng M chat *** very poor customer service from this person and also horrible experience from webafrica with my internet connection which only got resolved yesterday
