Horrible customer service

2 days straight i have been on the pointless WhatsApp chat and all i get is please be patient. 2 days without internet but quick to bill me while you are offering the worst service under the sun. WeAfrica you are the worst internet service provider i have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with.
