HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I should've checked their rating before signing up, just look at the rating they got on Hello Peter. This is the most pathetic ISP ever! I requested a downgrade more than 1 month ago which still hasn't been actioned. Let's not even talk about the poor customer service from the agents you receive on their Live Chat and WhatsApp. They take forever to reply and come with lame excuses like "our systems are down" and I constantly have to repeat myself and they claim they can't read your previous chats. WOW!

I sent in a complaint email and still up until today, I haven't received a word back from their seniors.
