horrible customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Impossible to get through via the call Centre or the WhatsApp chat, having a wait period of minimum 2 hours. some agents assisting seems clueless on what to do. It's impossible to speak to someone in management and wouldn't recommend or refer anyone to join this ISP.
