Horrible service from Dikeledi, Molebegeng, Zamalatha and Puleng on WhatsApp line. Advisors said that the WhatsApp chat advisors work unsupervised that’s why I can’t bro speak to a a manager. They all failed to understand a simple query and have no customer service skills! Get your management team to call me. I have screenshots of the bad service provided and happy to post it if this doesn’t get resolved.
