Horrible customer service and poor service delivery!

What a horrible experience! Moved to a new city recently, and people recommended WebAfrica to use. What a useless, ********** ISP! I do not recommend 0/10. We had to wait 21 days just for our router to arrive, followed instructions for the router setup, just to have no internet and be told my fibre box is the problem and they would send out a technician the same day. I am still waiting for a call back.

Please do not provide a service if you are going to be *********** and useless.

Cherry on top, we received a pro-rata invoice for internet we didn’t even have.

Stop wasting people’s time and money.
