Horrible customer service and attitude!

I moved to Webafrica since my Telkom line was off for 3 weeks without anyone knowing what the fault was. The decision moving to webafrica was because they promised delivery for an LTE 100GB sim and router in 3-5 working days. I placed my order on friday 20 April and did my RICA documents the same day, which means Webafrica just had to deduct my delivery fee and deliver the goods. On tuesday no one had called me as yet to confirm the delivery address so I called them and asked them when are they going to deduct my account for the delivery fee, between 3 different departments, no one could answer me. I ended up to EFT the amount and sending proof of payment, only to realize that they made a mistake with my order and were going to charge me R1999 extra for a router that I did not opt for as I opted for the free to use option - which they now had to cancel and re-order my request. By re-ordering my request the whole process of 3*5 working days delivery started from scratch, Thus I am being penalized for an error that webafrica had made and when I asked that they escalate the matter to the deliver services they advised that they can't do that and I must call Digital planet myself if I want to know when my goods will be delivered! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBAFRICA! When I asked for a tracking number, Goolam (the call centre agent) advised that he cannot let me hold on the line for the tracking number as - he has other customers waiting for him!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I am not a customer???????

Webafrica's customer service is the worst and their call centre agents (finance, Ops and sales) are completely useless!!!!!!!!!! I eventually reached a guy in the technical support area and I must say, well done to this guy as he was the only one that actually did something! He did finance's and sales jobs for them!!!!!
