HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Honesty the worst customer service I have experienced. They do not have a answer for problems and cancel service without consent from consumer. Customer services is not a priority. They ask you to hold and take advantage of elders and force them to pay a fee after they canceled a month to month service.
