HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic service from Webafrica. I have been waiting for them to assist me with my wifi that does not have internet access since Tuesday. I have 3 different reference numbers from their whatsapp chats,you speak to a robot when you get directed to a host,they keep on telling me to switch off and back on the wifi,i have been advised a Vumatel technician will come to my house on Thursday,today is Saturday i am still waiting,no communication,when i call***) no one answers the phone.this is no annoying the customer service is bad as they dont even follow up or provide feedback
