Horrible customer service!

Worst customer service! I emailed there customer service that I've made use of there whatsapp line and ive been waiting since the beginning of the year for my installation and everytime I'm told that they waiting on a response from vumatel or some other stupid excuse! And I keep getting kicked out of the chat while I'm waiting on a response.. I've attached screenshots as proof in this email that I sent to customer service and they emailed me back a month ago saying they apologize and will deal with the matter and i should receive feedback within the next 24 or 48 hours and they still haven't gotten back to me ..

This is unacceptable! I am so disgusted in your customer service and would not recommend anyone to make use of your horrible sevice
