Horrible customer service!

On March 2023 WebAfrica was supposed to do an installation for me. Upon the arrival of the installers they told me i need to pay R500 more for extra cables which i didnt have, so i cancelled the order through WebAfrica Whatsapp, calls and emails. Ever since then i've been waiting for my refund, the consultants kept telling me that i will get my refund and ended up saying the refund was paid in my account which is not true. I provided proof and the kept saying they will check with the relevant department. It's the 12th month now and still no refund, what a horrible customer service.
