Horrible customer service

I'm highly disappointed 😞 with We Africa/Vumatel service I contacted them and was advised that I should contact them a day before my services renewal date in which I did but when I contacted them i was only then advised that i was not suppose to pay i must cancelled first 😔 which i was never advised prior...I paid and advised of a 48hrs time frame but i have not been connected im being sent from pillar to post
