Horrible customer service

They are horrible to deal with when there is a problem, I can't call them to sort out an issue, they hide behind these webchats and keep transferring u to another line when u ask to be assisted in a particular way, they say they send u breakdowns, which is prob an image of some sorts and when u say i didnt receive it they tell u to upgrade, upgrade to what, its your online chat, i didnt download an app for that. Their billing system is messed up. I have a pending amount sitting there for more than 2 weeks. no one can help me. These agents dont give customer service i dealt with so many, send email complaints no responses. I am cancelling this service and never looking back. They are ********** to do anything with.
