Horrible customer service!

I have never in my life experienced service this bad! What a disappointment! We had to move our LTE from Cell C to Telekom on the 1st of November and our sim card is still not activated! Everyday I have been phoning, waiting minimum 15 minutes before someone answers and then they tell me they have escalated my query to the brand manager, but nothing ever happens! This is ridiculous!
