Horrible customer mer service

Customer service is horrible. Cannot get hold of anyone to assist. I have no internet for 3 days. No assistance. They say whatsapp chat is more efficient its not. When someone does contact you on whatsapp you have 15 min to respond if no response chat gets ended.
