Horrible customer care

What is interesting is at the beginning the email stated that installation will be done within 7 work days now that it is the 7th work day now they say 7-14 work days no resolve has been given and openserve has not even made an attempt to make contact regarding the installation even though the website also stated 7 working days for installation to be completed, Completely disappointed with these providers
