Horrible Costumer Service

Only a WhatsApp line is available (no phone contact) and the agents are hardly ever available. In most cases you are just referred to another agent who also cannot answer your question or complete your query. I have once been billed for a service a requested to be cancelled and billed 2x in one month because their billing was faulty.
