Horrible compay with a dissaponting service

Webafrica cancelled my services on the 12th after they send an email which has an option to not cancell and i rep**** to it and even called paid the outstanding and the amount for the new month and still get disconnected. Now i speak to 109 people that i have to keep relaying the same story over and over again on top of that . I owe them 495 while i paid for the month of april. I asked for a manager to call me since the 12th its been 8 days and no one has called.the service is pathetic. Someone must call me or they can ****** well cancell everthing and refund me i will move somewhere else
