Horrible Communication before I even start the service with them

Since October 23rd, I have not received any communication other than a "no respond" email that connected me and Evotel. Although Evotel fulfilled their responsibilities, I have not been able to finalize the connection with WebAfrica as of today( November 10th). On the call they suggested I reach out via WhatsApp, but on whatsapp while I am waiting, they inform me that the chat would be closed as there was no one available to help, and I would need to initiate a new conversation.
