Horrible client services

My fibre line was activated and installed end of Aug and I’ve never had internet. I’ve been on the watsapp help line with probably 30 different agents over the months and even paid R400 in order to get a technician out to assist. Nobody ever came out to the site and not 1 agent has helped me restore the service I’ve been paying for, for months.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
