Horrible client service & Service delivery

I have sighed up and paid Webafrica in the beginning of December 2021, they delivered our router after numerous phone calls to them twice to the incorrect address. after receiving the router, Vumtel advised they never got an order for me from Webafrica , it is almost impossible to get hold of an agent ad Webafrica to follow up as to what going on and their Whats app chat-bot is up to Sh*t its almost a month later and still we have wi-fi!! please do not make use of Web Africa
