Horrible bad bad service

Horrible bad bad poor service last week 2nd Sept I've ordered a WiFi with them and I was told if I pay R249 it will speed the process and I did then on Thursday I chart to them on whattup to do follow up only to find out my FICA is declined and they ask me to resend and I did they told me it's done and they explained it's takes 24hr to process today when I chart to do follow up another consultant told me the is nothing on the system all the time u get different consultant telling you different story and information is not on the system I don't know whether the consultant are not well trained or they don't know what is customer service sometimes they don't answer your Question they just end conversations in this whole process I dealt with almost 5 consultant non of them has my FICA after submitting so many times none of the following consultant knows Ashlene R or Asanda Z or Zandile B or Melissa A and Athabile Z I'm so disappointed u pay to speed up the process then u don't get what u paid for and to get refund u have to wait 10-15 bus days service is so bad
