Horrible aftersales service from WEBAFRICA

I logged a request for installation and **** the r399 payment as requested.. Installation was scheduled for the 1st of April at 10:00... I made sure that I was at the location on time however at half past ten the team wasn't there to install the line... When I called they said that they would get back to me in half hours time... Almost 12 hours later... No update had been received and no installation team to be seen... After numerous phonecalls and how much in airtime its safe to say that their after sales service is horrible... Nevermind not being punctual but not even showing up on the scheduled day of installation has no excuse. I explained that they need to come and install on the day so that the line can be active before the next working day but still it was a flop... I want my money back and then some!!! I can rather make use of another service provider because their whatsapp robot couldn't even connect me to an agent.
