Horrible After Sales from WebAfrica

Worst service provider ever, I have been disconnected from my WiFi after upgrading my speed. I have been struggling to connect with someone since 4pm on 5 June 2024. Tried all morning to get hold of someone and still nothing.

Now I have to pay for a service I can't even use. They won't hesitate to bill someone.

They are quick with sales,but their support is terrible.

Trying to change service providers,but also limited.
