The support is **********. I get disconnected every day, every morning I have to go through the long process to reconnect, they give me different stories everyday as to why I need to reconnect via messaging them on whatsapp ,even wrongfully saying that payment didn't reflect, when the wrong profile was being looked at instead of mine.
Now the agent is just ignoring my messages because I expressed my frustration and asked for the issue to be resolved.
Worst support experience of my life!
