Highly dissatisfied customer

Good day. 18 March 2025 I canceled my 40/10 package for the 100/50 which is suppose to be paid in April.

24th March 2025 I paid R529 because I was in my cancellation period,therefore 22nd April 2025 to pay the upgraded package. 02 April I receive a message that my upgraded package is ready, I then inform Webafrica agent via WhatsApp that I'm only due to pay the upgraded amount when mh 40/10 voucher expires on 22nd April 2025. However the 22nd April I discover that the wifi is still on ,because normally I let the wifi go off before paying again.

Early hours of the morning on the 26th April I still watch TV,when waking up @ around 8am that morning I discover that wifi has then only gone off. I then make the payment for my upgrade on 26th April 2025 of R825 from my son's account via easypay.

I then receive a email stating my order for line 2 will be installed in due time,baring in mind I was on line 1 all along. I the notify the that the incorrect that it tje incorrect,that when I was told that I paid onto a suspended line. VUMATEL THEN CALLS ME TO CONTACT WEBAFRICA TO TAKE THE SUSPENTION OFF so that they can activate my upgraded package because they can see I've paid the R825.

So since 26th April 2025 till today I've been without wifi connection. P.O.P was send numerous occasions, I've been sentfrom pillar to post. I've been ask to give them time to resolve my issue every other day when contacting them via chat. I REQUEST A CALL BACK BY AN AGENT ANDWASRRFUSED BECAUSE THEY HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS ON THE CHAT TO ASSIST "IM NOT A CUSTOMER ,IS MY ISSUE NOT NOT IMPORTANT AS WELL.

I FEEL I WANT TO NAME ALL THE AGENT I CHATED TK SINCE 26th April 2025 until now that keep on making excuses / escalating the matter to the correct department but yet I stil don't have my wifi connection up and running
