Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the poor unresponsive service

today marks 25 days since I have been waiting for connectivity at the new switched home address. I have been sending messages almost daily on the whatsapp live chat to no response instead i am told that I already have a pending callback with them.

I am frustrated because I cannot even speak to an agent telephonically to be assisted. The *** is only for sales and not for technical support.
