Highly dissapointed

This is my complaint to their complaints department: I have now tried to contact you by your whatsapp app from Saturday past. All I get is a Bot to forward me to an Agent. An agent is non existing. No communication and lack lustre approach is my summary. As a Businessman, your after Sale Service is shocking to say the least. Tried today phoning you, just to be in your face response referring to your so called Live Chat on your WhatsApp App. This is past annoying. I pay premium price for your service and to be treated past SICK!! I NEED MY ROUTER LOGIN DETAILS PLEASE!!!!!! I do not have the time nor the patience to look at my cell awaiting any form of response from you. 72 Hours and still talking to a BOT is unacceptable. I need PROMPT SERVICE!!!! Angry Regards.
