Highly disgusted and frustrated customer.urgent response needed

I am highly disgusted by the service I received from webafrica. I asked to be called back because my service was upgraded without my knowledge and when I downgraded it online last month I still had no response, there Is no contact number for me to call , now I want this service cancelled . I cannot afford what they are billing me and it is going to go off my account which I cannot afford ...I would not recommend webafrica to anyone their customer service is pathetic
