This one star is for the 2 polite Web Africa agents Wendy and Donald thank you for your professionalism and politeness. However Web Africa is partnered correctly with Vumatel they make the perfect horrible service providing partnership they literally complete each other. I subscribe for their fiber through the ever so useless Vumatel who up on subscription made wild inaccurate promises once I paid these companies information changed and their agents showed their rudeness in spades if I wasn't already regretting using these businesses I do now after dealing with their Agents. Still waiting for my installation
