Highly annoyed with the service!
Im really not happy, We have waited months for this. Finally we got our package (they have already billed us) and we have been trying to get it working since Last night! Not 1 person can help us with this problem the call centre has kept me on hold for over 14 mins on 3 separate calls and had my boyfriend on the phone for over an hour today ? I mean why have a option for a call centre at night if nothing gets answered! But the most annoying of all things is that they have charged us already before anything is even working! Not acceptable I feel.
