High Latency & Connections Drops for the last Month

Can I please get an update on when these issues will be sorted out. Last night my fibre went down 3 times (once, while I was in an important workshop) and i can't carry on like this. It's been a month since the issues started. Exactly on the day when you guys changed my static IP address. How can I escalate?
