Hidden fees

I app**** for Fibre for my home .beginning October 2025.my route arrived the 30th October and prior to that I paid In total R1000.reason below "*Sandile D.*: You had a processing fee that you need pay of R249 on 15 October then you had a pro rata bill of R50 for the days you were active last month then you had a bill of R399 for this month so the R201 and the second R249 combined they make up the pro rata bill plus this month's bill which is R450"

I went live only the last day of October.

Contract says i pay R399 for the 1st 2 months and thereafter R499. Im still being over charged
