Hidden clause

would like to formerly express my anger and disappointment towards webafrica and what's app agent Phola and Refilwe. My service was suspended for the month of July when I paid on the 27th July they reconnected me for four days and then suspended my service for no payment. What type of clause is this they charged me one full month subscription for four days and expect another payment. They are selfish and cruel web africa is and their hidden clause. Not one email or sms did they disclose this clause to me. They refuse to reconnect my service.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND URL CAN PRO RATA ME THE FOUR DAYS CONNECTION URL GAVE ME..... Their company's Web page terms and conditions totally contradicts what they doung.....they REFUSE TO RECONNECT MY SERVICES... I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.......yet stil disconnected and no reply whatsoever.....
