Hi I've been experiencing bad Service from Vumatel - webafrica I paid my fibre via debit order on the 12 of July 2025 on the 29 July my internet was cut off I have tried so many times to escalate this matter with no assistance but instead their *********** Agents keep on applying for another installation instead of opening my line I have 4 accounts pending under 1 serial number I am always told to wait 24-48 hours guess what today is the 12 of August 2025 still my fibre matter not fixed excuses upon excuses no on is even bothering to call and find out I sent them an email for my refund still no response the worst service ever I wouldn't never recommend Vumatel to anyone
