Hi I'm glad you still got agents that know their job and able to assist which is CHANEL O and Lauran-Lee Z without them is a total 0 ratings, everyone else needs to go back to training it's frustrating enough when our orders are not going well especially for some of us that are doing referral program not being able to resolve problems for our clients is stressful so get more agents like the 2 agents I've mentioned and webafrica will be on top no doubt
