I used to be an ADSL customer and always had a good experience dealing with Webafrica. So when I cancelled my ADSL when fibre came to my area, even that process was painless and impressive. Unlike telkom! I compared to everyone else and all SIP seemed to have the same deal.

But Webafrica offered free installation and the offered to handle dealing with Vumatel.

I was so impressed with all the service received.

Webafrica handled dealing with Vumatel. So I did not have to contact anyone. The order delivery was promised at 2-3 weeks . But I am connected in 1 week.

Vumatel came and installed to my home yesterday and did it in such a way that I cannot see any wires and it's cleverly placed. Called Webafrica and my account was activated immediately and the router was delivered in 2 hours. Now I'm connected and smiling. Easy peasy and super fast fibre. Yay! Thank you. There are so many complaints on hello peter and Webafrica really deserves a thumbs up! Hi 5! for excellent service. Thank you! Keep it up I'm super impressed!
