Web Africa. A service provider providing me with NO service.

There is hardly anything that Web Africa can do correctly.

Firstly, I waited 2 weeks just for the router delivery! Within that time I had to endure multiple lengthy calls to Web Africa and explain my situation JUST to be put through to the next person that couldn’t help me.

It gets better: Once I finally received my “Uncapped LTE package” or so Web Africa called it. My internet cut off on the weekend. Turns out they sent me the wrong Telkom sim card!

Still waiting- Total waste of time. Very Disappointed. Totally *********** WEB AFRICA
