Help me get a cancelation letter from webafrica

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with, you can't receive technical support, you can't receive billing support, no help on WhatsApp, they live chat you wait all day just to receive a reply that's if you even receive one. If there's anyone out there who can help me cancel my service with them please tell me how because now I can't even get another service provider without that cancelation letter.
