Heinrich Dourie
My confidence is restored in customer service, in this day and age, after dealing with Heinrich Dourie. He really went out of his way, in such a pleasant manner to assist me with my LTE service. Although I've had to wait for a month for my internet to be up and running, he has made up for all that inconvenience. I do hope that Webafrica use him as a role model when training their service support. He is exceptional. Keep it up.
