Have been struggling to get assistance for 6 long weeks

I received bad service i have been using the webafrica interned for 2 years without any problems ,my problem started in March 3rd week i sent a msg on the live platform and have been calling from the 1st week April that I will be changing addresses and would like to be connected on the new address. Was sent from pillar to post the live chat platform is a nightmare to deal with i explained one story more than 15 times to different Agents, finally I was give the new reference number to use for payment and was told that the old one was cancelled and we will be continuing with the line that was used by the previous tenant at my new place, I then paid the money on the 24th April I was told that they arr struggling to connect me but the matter will be fixed 3 weeks down the line I am told about their Isp cane to my address and assisted me but the truth is no one came i only received the appointment email

I have been buying data for my children and myself for the past 6 weeks and its costing me a lot these experience has caused frustration to my children because they struggle to connect their devices for their school work nor watch their television because we use internet for it, can't even use their laptops because it requires internet .I requested to be activated or for the service to be canceled and my money refunded but neither has happened

This morning I received a payment reminder message for the cancelled line

I need urgent assistance my money back and a cancelation or to be activated today.

Hi Olga, we hear how frustrating this situation has been for you, especially with the extended delay, the repeated interactions, and the impact it’s had on your home and your children’s ability to stay connected for school work and daily use. We understand this has been stressful and disruptive.

Our Vumareach orders team is currently working on this, and a follow-up has already been submitted to VumaReach to urgently progress and clarify the status of your order. The matter is being actively handled, and we are awaiting their feedback so we can move forward accordingly.

We understand you’re looking for urgency, and this has been flagged accordingly for immediate attention.
 Warm regards,

Hi Olga,
We completely understand why this has added to your frustration, especially after arranging time away from your responsibilities to accommodate the appointment, only for the technician not to arrive and no communication being provided to you regarding a delay. After everything you’ve already experienced with this order, that lack of follow-through understandably feels extremely disappointing.
We have submitted a further follow-up to the VumaReach team regarding the missed appointment and the absence of communication from the assigned technician. The concern around the scheduled time and the inconvenience caused by waiting without updates has been specifically highlighted for urgent attention.
We understand how disruptive this ongoing situation has become for your household, particularly with your family relying on the service for daily connectivity and school-related use.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew
