Hacked servers. Excuses all the time...

<p>After they charged me R15 000+ over 3 months for so called 'overages' on my reseller account, they now distance themselves from all my domains being hacked and infected on their servers. Always passing the buck. Always excuses. Always holding on for 30+ minutes to speak to someone and reapeating myself as your never speak to the same person. Alway "escalating" somewhere they dont know themselves. WORST ISP EVER!!! Cancelled all services, but dont see the reason why I have to give 1 month notice???</p>
