GREAT SERVICE INDEED!!!

I recently had to move out from my flat to another flat which thankfully Fiber was live in that area, I spoke to Masithembe Tyoba from support in Cape Town The Boulevard Office Park to find out what was the process of moving from one home to another, the move on its own was hectic as you know how moving tends to be. Masithembe explained the details of moving my fiber from one place to another.He went above and beyond in making the move as easy as humanly possible. Now I had to activate or configure my modem once I had moved to the new place. Again Masithembe assisted me with that, he literally spent an hour on the line with me as i did not have a lap top or any other device, so I had to use my phone which I was using to communicate, so it was a bit difficult and at times I had to refresh the page, he was very patient with me as my knowledge with setting up or configuring my modem details is very limited. I would like to think Masithembe Tyoba is a valued employer within Webafrica and his customer services are beyond exceptional. A well deserved 5 stars!!! ( well even more than 5 stars )
