Great service by Heinrich Dourie

I rely heavily on my internet for business, I have been having slow speeds since early in the morning. I called webafrica 5 times with no help, they try and fix the speeds.. It picks up then drops again. On the 6th call I got through to a guy named Heinrich Dourie. He helped fix the issue and taught me a bit on how IP addresses work which I thought it was great to get some education instead of sitting listening to either that coldplay song they put you on hold to or just a busy tone. My phone even died and I called Webafrica from a different number and he knew who I was without giving any details. That is some epic voice recognition.

I moan and ***** a lot about any **** service I get but this time it was great and im happy. Thank you sir.
