Great service all the way!
I cannot begin to say how happy I am with the service I have received from Webafica for my Fibre installation at home. It was brilliant.
From the visit of the Vumatel rep to sign me up to the seamless installation process, I was very impressed. Throughout the whole thing I was kept informed of every step of the way by their representatives and it even went live 1 week before it was scheduled to.
I now have a blissful 50megs of internet access and can stream immediately throughout the day and night.
Would recommend them to anyone....in fact, I have just ordered one of their LTE routers for my office which is only serviced by Neotel...and don't get me started on their **** service and overcharging for fibre!
