This is the second time i have had really good service from WebAfrica (First was with a Technician Called Lyle) and now with Heinrich Dourie.

Thanks so much for all your help and going over and beyond on customer service

It was fantastic working with Heinrich, so nice to talk to such a friendly informed technician and that you followed up till the end.

Only a pleasure, in this world everyone jumps at the opportunity to moan or take people down and nobody takes the time to say thanks for the good service, theres never time but i just wanted to stop and say thanks - your guys are great and a breath of fresh air from the norm :)
