Great Service

When we decided to install an adsl line at home about 5 years ago, a colleague of mine recommended that we use Web Africa. There were a few hick ups with our router at the beginning, but they sorted it quickly. We recently moved and had to go through the entire process of getting a Telkom line installed, etc etc. And what a nightmare that was. After having to deal with Telkom for 8 weeks just to get our line installed, it was such a relief to be back with Web Africa. The call centre staff is so efficient and throughout the last 5 years I can really say that they are one of the companies with the best Customer Service! Well done to their team.
