Great assistance from Support call center agents
I have been down since Friday the 20th of April 2018 and WebAfrica have done an excellent job trying to assist me. The issue Lies with Vumatel.
Vumatel is useless and do not care for their clients.
I would like to thank Ceccil and the rest of their support staff in the support call centre for working hard to try to assist me.
