Great advertising, poor service delivery.

Almost two months ago, i decided to go with Webafrica as my service provider. They promise two months of free internet access, a 'free' router and thereafter R600pm for an unlimited 4mb line.

I am trying my utmost hardest to retain patience, while wating for a router replacement for a number of weeks now, as the one they gave me simply stopped working. The first person i spoke to via email said they would replace it ASAP. After that did not happen i contacted a second person who said they must pick up the broken router to see if it is of any fault of mine if the router is broken (fair enough). However, the customer call line, and the live chat are unreachable and there has been no communication whatsoever regarding the router.

I am in my second month of 'free' wifi acording to the first two months 'free', however i can't even access my internet. when asked if i will be refunded or credited the amount for which i cannot use, no one can answer me.

This company needs to re-look at the meaning and definition of customer service. Poorly trained staff and un-experiencd staff with seemingly no known protocol makes this one of the worst service experiences i've yet to come across. Maybe start focusing a bit more on your service delivery, at the end of the day that will retain your customers. Advertising appeal is temporary.
