Got Vumatel to install fibre

Got Vumatel to install fibre. Installation went well. Very happy. However few days later i start experiencing connection problems. The WhatsApp chat line pretty poor in handling my case. I work from home so i heavily rely on my connection. I have meetings that i hold virtually and thanks to vuma i can hardly get work done because your product is messing up my productivity!!!! Why cant I get a human to pick up a phone and call me to solve this issue??? Pathetic service this is
